Pegasy Apartments & Travel, Hanoi

I had a mixed experience at Pegasy Apartments & Travel. The location was fantastic, close to the lake and surrounded by great cafes, but unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The room I was given wasn't quite ready upon my arrival, and I had to deal with some cleanliness issues. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

My stay at Pegasy Apartments had its ups and downs. The check-in experience was rough, but once settled in, I found it to be pretty decent for the price. The apartment was spacious and the location was fantastic, right near the lake and local spots.

While there were some shortcomings in terms of room cleanliness and noise, the location near the beautiful lake and the friendly staff largely made up for it.

I recently stayed at Pegasy Apartments for four nights, and while the initial check-in experience was a bit rocky, my time there turned out to be quite enjoyable. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the staff, especially Ms. Juleen and Mr. Kevin, were super helpful. It’s a shame about the noise from the street and the lack of some amenities, but overall, it was a good value for the price.
